Therapy Goal Consolidation & Treatment Plan Meeting Coordination
This is a service that will:

Consolidate all of your child's therapy goals into one document on a cloud-based storage platform

Liaise between schools, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate therapy planning meetings in September, December, March, and June

Store meeting notes and de-identified copies of therapy evaluations and reports on a cloud-based storage platform

Telepractice is the provision of speech-language pathology services via telecommunications technology.
